April 2009	Olin and design team begin schematic design phase
May 2009	Construction begins on interim clearing and planting. New sod and grass will be planted so that the community can enjoy the area while the Park's design is completed.
June 2009	Interim clearing and planting completed.
December 2009	100% Schematic Design complete
June 2010	100% Design Development complete
December 2010	100% Construction Documentation complete
March 2011	Construction on Park begins
November 2012	Park opens
