Canal Park Development Association

Canal Park Development Association, Inc. ("CPDA") is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established for the purpose of promoting, designing, fundraising for, building and maintaining the Washington Canal Park. The CPDA board and staff have extensive experience in developing and managing residential and commercial properties throughout the DC region.

Chris VanArsdale is executive director of the Canal Park Development Association, Inc., ("CPDA") overseeing redevelopment of the Washington Canal Park. He is a mayoral appointee to the Sustainable Energy Utility Advisory Board and a DC Council appointee to the Green Building Advisory Council, overseeing DC's new Sustainable Energy Utility and Green Building Act, respectively.
